By using our services, you are entering into an agreement with Quoleady OÜ.

2. Services

We provide professional language services including:

  • Translation services
  • Copywriting
  • SEO content writing
  • iGaming content writing
  • Proofreading and editing

3. Orders and Payment

Pricing: Prices are calculated based on word count and service type as displayed on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Quotes: For custom projects, we provide non-binding quotes. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the scope of the project and will be communicated upon order confirmation. We deliver completed work electronically via email or through agreed file-sharing methods.

5. Revisions

We include two rounds of revisions at no additional cost, provided revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery and do not substantially change the original brief.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered content transfer to you. Until payment is received, we retain all rights to the work.

You warrant that any source materials you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your content to third parties except as necessary to perform our services (e.g., working with translators).

8. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
